Pick your package and delivery window. The vendor confirms availability — usually within a couple of hours.
They deliver and set up
Your vendor arrives in the window, sets up, anchors properly, and comes back for pickup. You host the party.
Why we check insurance first
Anyone can list a jumper on a classifieds app. Very few carry real liability coverage — and you only find out which when something goes wrong.
Verified coverage
Every vendor on Rally has a current certificate of insurance on file. We check it at onboarding and we re-check it when it expires.
Park-approved vendors
Hosting at a public park? Most LA parks require an insured vendor with the city named on the policy. Filter for vendors who qualify.
Clear wind policy
Santa Ana winds are the real risk in this valley. If sustained winds exceed 20 mph, you get a full refund or a free reschedule. Every time.
Questions we get a lot
How far in advance should I book?
Two to three weeks for a Saturday in spring or summer. Weekdays and the off-season are usually fine with a few days' notice.
What space do I need?
Most standard units need a flat 15×15 ft area and a power outlet within about 100 feet. Every listing shows its exact footprint and surface requirements.
Can you set up on concrete?
Often yes — vendors use sandbags instead of stakes. Check the listing; each one states which surfaces it can be installed on.
What if it rains or gets windy?
Full refund or free reschedule under our weather policy. We watch NWS wind advisories for your event date and reach out before you have to ask.
