Terms of Service
1. What Rally is
Rally is a marketplace. We help you find and request bookings from independent local rental vendors. We are not the rental company. We do not own the equipment, deliver it, install it, or supervise its use. The vendor you book with is an independent business, solely responsible for the equipment and services they provide.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract to use Rally.
3. How bookings work
Submitting a request is not a confirmed reservation. A booking is confirmed only when the vendor accepts it. Prices shown include delivery within the vendor's stated service area unless noted otherwise. Online payments are not currently processed through Rally — deposits and balances are arranged directly between you and the vendor. When payment processing goes live, these terms will be updated.
4. Cancellations and weather
- Weather: if the National Weather Service forecasts sustained winds above 20 mph for your event date and location, or issues a wind advisory covering it, you may cancel for a full refund or reschedule at no charge.
- Customer cancellation: 7+ days before the event, full refund of anything paid. Inside 7 days, the vendor's deposit terms apply.
- Vendor cancellation: you receive a full refund and we'll help you find a replacement.
5. Safety — read this one
Inflatable equipment carries real risk of injury. By booking through Rally you agree that:
- A responsible adult will supervise at all times while the equipment is in use.
- You will observe the occupancy and age/size limits the vendor specifies.
- You will immediately stop use and evacuate the equipment if winds pick up, if the blower stops, or if the vendor or Rally advises you to.
- You will not permit flips, roughhousing, food, drinks, shoes, or sharp objects on the equipment.
- You have accurately described the setup surface and space, and you have permission to use the location.
See our Safety page for the full guidance.
6. Vendor requirements
Vendors on Rally must maintain current general liability insurance and provide us a certificate. We verify certificates at onboarding and on renewal. Verification is not a guarantee of a vendor's performance, and it does not make Rally responsible for their work.
7. Assumption of risk, disclaimer, and limitation of liability
You use the equipment and the platform at your own risk. Rally provides the platform "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Rally is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount of platform fees we received on the booking at issue. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Rally against claims arising from your use of rented equipment, your breach of these terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
9. Disputes between you and a vendor
Contact us and we'll try to help resolve it, but disputes about equipment, service, or damage are ultimately between you and the vendor.
10. Acceptable use
Don't use Rally to break the law, misrepresent who you are, scrape or overload the service, or arrange bookings off-platform to avoid fees after connecting through Rally.
11. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, with venue in Los Angeles County.
